Summer is slowly revealing it's self and so days down the park are an inevitable pleasure. This weekend I heard about a kite festival in south London so went to check it out, I left my SLR at home and just had a small point and shoot camera but I still managed to get a nice pic of Sophia my friend Vicky's daughter and a picture that seemed to sum up some of the frustration of the 1st time kite flyers. We had mixed success, the stunt kite refused to do anything other than spin out of control until it hit the ground and the single line kite flew well but with so many kites in the sky the only problem was avoiding other peoples lines.
